Avrumy Dermer With A New Single: “The Levunah’s Din Torah”
This song doesn’t need any introduction for whoever speaks Yidish…. However a song with no intro doesn’t get so colorful, so I’ll express my influence for this song concept.
We sometimes find ourselves with feelings & judgments that other people think or want something special from us, when in reality all these thoughts come from a place that we try to so badly to impress that very same people, till we don’t realize that it became a part of our lives, & all this thoughts now are simply mirroring ourselves.
So this song brings out the awareness that people aren’t really judging you, but it is yourself trying to be someone else….
So let’s try to to live our best lives just for ourselves & when we’ll be happy with our lives, then we’ll be able to have a healthier relationship with our friends & surrounders.
With ראש השנה the יום הדין approaching it is also meaningful for us that we should stop judging anyone & understand that judgment belongs to Hashem.
כתיבה וחתימה טובה.
