Ahead of The Seder Night: Yanky Berlinger With A Unique Single “Shfoch Chamascha”

Yanky Berlinger is launching a new and special single for Pesach “Shfoch Chamascha” that hopes for and opens a door to the welcoming of the geula, the light of the Mashiach and the building of the Bais HaMikdash. The song was written and composed by Yanky, inspired by the Pesach Haggadah, and arranged by David Fink.

Yanky writes: Dressed as angels, Leaning as free men, the cup of Eliyahu has already been poured out, and here we open the door to Eliyahu the prophet, the one who will tell us of the redemption. And what is in our mouths?! What do we ask for in this exalted moment?! – “Shfoch Chamascha al HaGoyim …. tirdof b’af Visashmidem..”

Is this what preoccupies us in these moments, anger and hatred, rage and destruction?! Of course not! In these moments when we smell the scent of redemption, when we already hear the feet of the one who will announce Mashiach, we ask for nothing but complete and eternal redemption, the building of the Third Bais Hamikdash and the Acharis Hayamim.

Chazal taught us: The light of Mashiach cannot appear until evil and darkness are erased. Only after “Tirdof B’af V’Sashmidaim” will we merit the building of the Third Bais Hamikdash- the Name if Hashem is complete and the Throne is complete.

Composition, lyrics and singing: Yanky Berlinger
