Baryo spent the summer learning intensively in Yeshiva “Torah V’daat” in Brooklyn, New York, where he ‘s studying for the past three years.  In between study sessions, he managed to to appear in weddings and other events.  The uprising singer Baryo Chakshur

has returned to Israel for a short visit until the next semester begins, then, he plans to return to his Yeshiva in New York.

In between learning and appearing in events, Baryo Chakshur continues to work on his first album.  His first single “B’Rachamim” become a popular hit in weddings in Israel and abroad.  Baryo was “forced” to release another single after being requested by so many people,  including the producers and show hosts of Religious Radio Stations.  Last night, Baryo was invited to appear in Yossi Ayzental’s Show in “Radio Kol Chai”,  where they host many new artists alongside veteran ones.  Baryo was asked to play his new song live and unplugged.  A bit surprised at the special request yet with no confusion, Baryo sang live his new song  called “Shivat Tzion” which was composed by no other than Baryo himself.  Although the song was not professionally master mixed yet, he overcame this obstacle as well and played spontaneous chords on the studio’s electronic keyboard.  Responses, as expected, were enthusiastic, and well-known singer and keyboard-player Eli Friedman, who was present at the studio, said he’d learn the new song and will starts playing it in his upcoming party events.
