Eli Begun – We Must Go On (Official Music Video)
Eli Begun is on the horizon. Eli has been in Mir yeshiva almost his whole life and has been influenced immensely by Torah and Rebbiem. He obviously has a lot of music in his genes especially from his father. His solid Torah hashkafos and feelings are very evident in this song. This single and music video has been long anticipated by many and has now finally materialized! The song is a message to all Jewish people about what our attitude should be amidst all of the pain and suffering that Klal Yisroel is going through and how “we must go on” and believe in Hashem that he will pull us through. The song was arranged and mixed by his brother Chananya Begun and it was filmed and directed by Shia Fried who both brought this whole production to a whole new level. ‘We Must Go On‘ does not sound like the prototype in Jewish slow songs rather a whole new style and feel. Enjoy!

Lyrics:
Low part 1:
Life takes a toll
For some a struggle, a fall
Every day’s another battle to be won
The pain that we endure
Enters the depths of our core
And it seems like a trial that we can’t overcome
High part:
But we must go on
Finding out way through the darkness
Not alone hashem helps us carry on
And we must stay strong
Even when al hope has left us
After night comes the early days of dawn
Low part 2:
Unimaginable years
A nations river of tears
Yet we come together standing by his name
The dangers we all know
Coming from friend or foe
But it burns forever out eternal flame
