One late night last week, Chassidic music star Eli Hertzlich came to the radio studio of the Kol Chai station in Bnei Berak, accompanied by Yisrael Lubin, Meir Gafni, Yaakov Rothblatt, and members of the Yedidim choir, as well as keyboard master Avi Dror. The group left in the early hours of the morning, and the result was heard on Erev Yom Tov in the afternoon, a special program in which Hertzlich featured his friends to a “musical Leyl Ha’Seder” of divrei Torah and songs from the Hagaddah.
Hertzlich performed on Motzei yom tov in the Dan hotel, alongside internationally acclaimed Chazzan Yaakov Motzen. The two of them performed together some pieces from the Haggadah, in a mixture of Chassidic music and Chazzanut for the enjoyment of the hotel guests.
