Jerusalem Music Legend Yitzchak Fuchs in Exclsuive Interview With VIN

Jerusalem Music Legend Yitzchak Fuchs in Exclsuive Interview With VIN

New York – Legendary Jewish-music talent Yitzchak Fuchs, whose song “Haleluka ” was rendered a smash hit by Lipa Shmeltzer, would rather be known as a simple Jerusalem silversmith, which he is.

The self-taught, born-and-bred Israeli musician also plays several musical instruments, sings and composes his own melodies and accompanies himself on the guitar. Over the past 20 years, friends and admirers cajoled him into recording his music, which resulted in four albums of original nigunim and Jewish folk music going back to 1983.

VIN’s Yossi Zweig from the Z-Report  recently sat down with this friendly but humble soul for an exclusive 15-minute interview, which concludes with a live single performance, during his current two-week visit to the United States, during which all four of his hard-to-get CDs will be available.
