Saluting Yishai Lapidot For 20 Years of Jewish Music

Earlier this week in the Gesher-Yaffo theater was celebrated the 20th anniversary of Yishai Lapidot‘s career in the music business. The evening was the brainchild of Mr. Shmuel Daganiah, and Mrs. Ruti Malka, and was produced by Yochai Kfir‘s production company. The event was graced by the presence of Harav Dovid Lau, Official Gilad Arden, and Yorik Ben David. Some of the names to perform on the stage in celebration of Yishai were Chaim Israel, Eidan Yaniv, Avremi Roth, Yossi Berger, Dedi Graucher, Yishai Ribo, the Moetzet Hashira Ha’Yehudit, Oif Simches, The Kinderlach, Netanel Yisrael and Meir Green, who sang some of Yishai’s best compositions throughout the years. Avraham Fried, who married off his daughter last week in New York, video conferenced into the concert to give Yishai a bracha.

The theme of the evening was “Chaim She’Ka’Eileh“, and was led by Yedidiah Meir, Koby Arieli, with Amiran Dvir‘s orchestra.
