Shema Yisroel Medley – Freilach Band, Shira Choir, Daskal, Benny, Leiner & Green

Shema Yisroel Medley – Freilach Band, Shira Choir, Daskal, Benny, Leiner & Green

Earlier this season, in the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel, Freilach Band performed at one of the most lavish weddings of the year.

During the planning stages of the wedding and in search of something fresh that hasn’t been done before, Avrumi Schreiber tasked Freilach Band’s musical director and conductor, Tzvi Blumenfeld, to come up with a medley for which all the wedding’s soloists, as well as Shira Choir, can join forces.

Right then and there, Tzvi had an ingenious idea: to find the most popular songs that contain the words “Shema Yisroel” and create a medley where these songs would morph smoothly one into another.

Tzvi and the team got to work and a couple of weeks later, the fruit of their labor appeared.

Watch as a group of nearly 50 super-talented musicians and artists perform this brand new “Shema Yisroel medley” created exclusively for this wedding.

Watch, enjoy and don’t forget to subscribe so you never miss a Freilach video!
