Shloime Cohen Releases 3rd Album “Baal Habayis”
After five years of silence, Israeli singer Shloime Cohen returns with all new spectacular album entitled “Baal Habayis.” Shloime Cohen maintains his signature style and character which has made his career while upgrading them for 2014. It was for that reason that he sought out veteran producer and manager Gershy Moskowits and together they went to great composers Yossi Green and Pinky Weber. And he left no longer have to imagine. To date Shloime Cohen has released two solo albums, and quite a few hits including; “L’maloh“, “U’Malochim” and more recently the single “Libi Libi,” all of which were warmly received by fans in Israel and abroad.
Cohen is currently completing and album after many years of work entitled “Baal Habayis“. The all new album contains 11 songs, rhythmic bouncing hit alongside exciting and captivating ballads. The songs convey messages of unity and strengthening especially during these trying times.
One of the songs was already released at the rally two weeks ago in Israel entitled “Anu Mashkimim” and millions took to it.
Producing the album was Ami Cohen who contacted some of the composers in the country and abroad. Greatest composers including the likes of Yossi Green and Pinky Weber, Moshe Morgenstern, Eli Gad, Shmuel Yafet and R’ Yisroel Gavra.
The choir was arranged and conducted Moshe Roth whilte mixing was done by Ami Cohen, Gideon Levine and Jeff Horowitz.
The album will be in stores within the next week and distributed by Aderet music. Till then enjoy the audio sampler below.
