Yoni Stern – Available Now

Yoni Stern, the child soloist featured on A.B.D., is finally releasing his own album, hitting the stores today. Yoni has been capturing the hearts of audiences everywhere in performances together with Baruch Levine, Abie Rotenberg, Sruli Williger, Lipa, A.B.D., and at chuppas across North America. In addition to the sweet sound of Yoni’s youthful and trained voice, the album features a slew of guest vocalists including Shlomo Simcha, Abie Rotenberg, A.B.D., and Oorah contest winner, Yonatan Shlagbaum. Yoni’s powerful voice brings out the soul and excitement in compositions by Yitzy Bald (New York Boys Choir), Eli Woznica & Pesach Woznica (Vihoer; Yehuda!), amongst others. While much of the album features a more modern D’veykus style, the CD also ranges from hartzig ballads, to Meditteranean horas, to energizing funk. Yoni’s vocals put a lively Yiddishe spark into all the tunes, bringing his captivating performances to disc. With melodies that strike a chord with the meaning behind the words being sung and undeniably catchy tunes, this album is sure to inspire and have you humming along in no time.
